Voluntary 60-Day Right of Return

Important legal notice:
The statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) as well as your statutory warranty rights remain completely unaffected by this voluntary right of return and apply without restriction. The voluntary right of return neither limits your statutory rights nor does it replace them. During the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, only the statutory regulations apply.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant consumers (within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code [BGB]) a voluntary right of return of a total of 60 days from receipt of the goods for all purchases in our online shop.

With this right of return, you can also cancel the contract after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired by returning the goods to us within 60 days of receipt.

1. Conditions for the voluntary right of return

To make use of our voluntary 60-day right of return, the following conditions must be met:

• Observe the deadline: The goods must be dispatched to the return address specified below within 60 days of receipt (the date of delivery is decisive).
• Condition of the goods: The goods must be in their unused, undamaged, and complete original condition.
• Original packaging: The goods must be returned in the undamaged original packaging (including all tags, labels, and protective films).
• No signs of use: In contrast to the statutory right of withdrawal, our voluntary right of return requires from day 15 onwards that the goods have only been inspected as would be done in a fitting or visual check and show no signs of use whatsoever.

2. Exclusions from the voluntary right of return

The voluntary right of return is excluded in the following cases:

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

3. Return procedure

1. Register return: Please contact our customer service at service@tevigo.de or use our return form under Returns.
2. Pack goods: Pack the item securely, ideally in the original shipping box, and enclose the delivery note or a note with your order number so that we can allocate the return.
3. Send return: Send the parcel to the following address:

4. Return shipping costs & delivery costs

• Return shipping costs (return postage): The return is free of charge for you. Please use the return label provided by us.
• Delivery costs (original shipping costs): In the event of a complete return of the order, we will also refund the standard delivery costs after the 14 days have elapsed.

5. Refund

Following receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the amount within 7 days at the latest from the day on which the return reached us.
For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
